NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest In the Estate of Ruby Ada Watts deceased if 47 Leadale Avenue Chingford London E4 8AX who died on 16/03/2019 is required to send written particulars thereof to the undernamed Soicitors no later than two calendar rnonths from the date of publication of this Notice, after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the Estate to those entitled having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
