Application to Vary a Club Premises Licence
We, Dia Y Noche Ltd hereby give notice that we have applied to Epsom & Ewell Borough Council to vary a premises licence for the premises know as and situated at Dia Y Noche Lounge, 39 The Oaks Square, Epsom, Surrey KT19 8AS.
The variation is to :
Proposed new opening hours, Mon-Wed 0800-2330 hrs, Thursday 0800-2400 hrs, FrhSat 0800-0100 hrs, No Change Sunday 0900-2300 hrs. To amend Conditions (7) Door Staff, (18) Children Admittance Timing, (10)(11) No customers on outside seating or drinking after 2300 hrs.
Any Other Person or Responsible Authority wishing to submit representations to this application must do so in writing by no later than 23.05.2019.
Representations must be submitted to : Grants & Licensing Team, Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom KT18 5BY.
A copy of this application, and the Licence Registers may be inspected at the above address, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Any person knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with an application, commits an offence, and will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
