Notice is hereby given that we Band Lounge Limited have made an application on 24th April 2019 to Warrington Borough Council to Vary a Premises Licence at Live, Rushgan House, Barbauld Street, Warrington, WA1 2QZ. The application is to: vary the hours for the following licensable activities Plays, Films, Indoor Sporting, Live Music, Recorded Music, Dance, Late Night Refreshment & Alcohol every Friday & Saturday 10.00 - 00.30. It is also to vary the closing hours of the premises every Friday & Saturday 10.00 - 01.00 and to change the plan and conditions attached to the licence. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 22nd May 2019 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
