Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a new Premises Licence
I, Martin Vickers , of Bolton Snooker Club, Unit 3, Pilot Industrial Estate, Bolton, BL3 2ND, have applied to Bolton Council for a new Premises License. The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are, The sale of alcohol Mon - Sat 10.00 - 23.30, Sun 10.00 - 22.30. Operating schedule Mon - Sat 10.00 - 24.00, Sun 10.00 - 23.30. The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive, or online at www.bolton.gov.uk. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 18th April 2019. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 15th May 2019. All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
