Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 I Gary Laycock have applied to St Helens Council for a Premises Licence for the premises at: Reminisce Festival, Sherdley Park, St. Helens, Merseyside, WA9 5DE. The proposed licensable activities are: Recorded Music, Live Music, Performances of Dance, Supply of Alcohol (for consumption on the premises) 11:00 - 23:00 and Hours Open to the Public 11:00 -23:30 on Saturday September 7th 2019. The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF (or by email to generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk by 23rd May 2019 It is an offence to make a false statement in relation to an application, the maximum fine being £5,000.
