Notice is hereby given that Royal County of Berkshire Polo Cub Ltd. has applied to Bracknell Forest Borough Council on 25th April 2019 to vary the premises licence for the Royal County of Berkshire Polo Cub, North Street, Winkfield, SL4 4TH

The proposed variation is to increase the permitted capacity of the site to 9,999.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 23rd May 2019 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Team, Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above and will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
