Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Basildon Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Mayflower Retail Park, Gardiners Link, Basildon, SS14 3HZ for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing and must be received no later than 28/05/2019.
