A R Matthews gives notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of the Rumours 96A Market Jew Street Penzance

The application is to extend the existing hours for the sale of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment and the provision of late night refreshment hours by 30 minutes every Saturday night into Sunday morning and to extend the above licensable activities by one hour every Bank Holiday Sunday night into Bank Holiday Monday morning_

An interested party or responsible authority wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team West Cornwall Council Dolcoath Avenue Camborne TR14 8SX not later than 16 May 2019 A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000
