PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2019 (FOOTPATH NO. AV-533(C1 (Part))
A441. HOPWOOD. BIRMINGHAM
On 30th April 2019 Bromsgrove District Council confirmed the above order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath known as footpath No AV-533(C)(Part). Description of Existing Footpath AV-533(C) (Part) to be Diverted fas shown on Drawing No. P2112/17B1
The section of Footpath AV-533(C), for its full width, commencing at Point A (OSGB 403232, 274396) east of Cramar Cottage on the A441, and running generally in a south-westerly direction for 237 metres, terminating at Point B (OSGB 403065, 274237), north of Fairlawn.
Description ol Proposed Diverted Route of Footpath AV-533(C) (Part) (as shown on Drawing No. P2112/17B)
Proposed Footpath commencing at gate, Point C (OSGB 403238, 274388) east of Cramar Cottage on the A441, and then running in a south-westerly direction for 52 metres to Point □ (OSGB 403194, 274361), and then running in a south-southwesterly direction for 84 metres to gate, Point E (OSGB 403139, 274298), and then running in a south-westerly direction for 96 metres to Point B (OSGB 403065, 274237), north of Fairlawn, where it rejoins with Footpath AV-533(C). The diverted route is 232 metres in length and a width of 2 metres.
A copy of the Order and map may be seen or obtained free of charge at the Reception, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcestershire between the hours of 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
This order comes into force on the date on which Redditch Borough Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the order have been complied with. If any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
