NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs & Bars Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Regents Park Hotel (TBK The Regent's Park), Regents Park Road, Southampton, SO 15 8PF
The variation proposed is as follows:-
1).Amend the icensing plan in accordance with the drawing which accompanies this application.
2. Extend the opening hours to allow the premises to open from 08.00 daily for breakfast, coffee and tea etc. and to close on Sunday at 00.30.3. Extend the start time for films, indoor sporting events and sale of alcohol to 10.00 on Sunday.
4. Extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol on Sunday to midnight
5. Permit late night refreshment on Sunday from 23.00 to midnight
6. Remove all existing conditions under Annex 2 and Annex 3 and replace with updated conditions as detailed in application. 7. Add non-standard timings as detailed in application. A copy of the application can be inspected at the offices of Licensing Team, Southampton And Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO 18 9LA www.southainpton.gov.uk during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Southampton City Council on 25/04/2019 and any representations must be made in writing to Southampton City Council at the above address by 23/0572019.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a raise statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount Dated: 26/04/2019
