LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Take notice that Robin Jackson of 32B Market Street, Hoylake CH47 2AF has applied to Wirral Council for a Premises Licence in respect of 32 Market Street, Hoylake CH47 2AF to sell alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Mon-Sun 11am-11pm. The application can be viewed at the Licencing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey Mon-Fri 10am-4:30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licencing Authority no later than 24/05/19. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
