Flamingoland Limited- The Coach House, Flamingoland, Kirbymisperton, Malton, YO17 6UX. Application has been made on the 29th April 2019 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows:- 1) To extend and standardise permitted hours for the sale of alcohol, recorded music and late night refreshment - 10:00hrs to 03:00 hrs, 7 days a week. 2) Add the provision of live music - 10:00hrs to 03:00 hrs, 7 days a week 3) Extend opening hours - 10:00hrs to 03:30hrs, 7 days a week. 4) New premises plan - include new external retractable awning 5) Non-standard times for all licensable activities:-a) New Year’s Eve b)an additional hour on the day when British Summer Time begins A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 27th of May 2019).
