NOTICE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Flamingoland Limited- Pitchers Bar, Flamingoland, Kirbymisperton, Malton, YO17 6UX. Application has been made on the 29th April 2019 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows:- 1) To extend and standardise the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol, live music, recorded music, performance of dance or anything of a similar description, wrestling and late night refreshment - 10:00hrs to 03:00 hrs, 7 days a week. 2) Add the provision of plays and films - 10:00hrs to 03:00 hrs, 7 days a week 3) Extend opening hours - 10:00hrs to 03:30hrs, 7 days a week. 4) Non-standard times for all licensable activities:-a) New Year’s Eve b) an additional hour on the day when British Summer Time begins. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 27th of May 2019). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty unlimited fine.
