Malton Amenity Community Interest Company, The Grounds, The Talbot, Yorkersgate, Malton, YO17 7AJ. Application has been made on the 29th of April 2019 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1. The supply of alcohol (on sales only) for one Saturday only in the July of each year from 09:00 to 22:00 hours. 2. The provision of regulated entertainment for one Saturday in the July of each year from 09:00 to 22:00 hours. 3. The hours the premises are open to the public on one Saturday in the July of each year from 09:00 to 22:00. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 27th of May 2019). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty unlimited fine.
