NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO HAMBLETON DISTRICT COUNCIL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE ACT: 1.NAME OF APPLICANT: Jonathan Blackmore 2.POSTAL ADDRESS OF PREMISES: 4 The Arcade, High Street, Great Ayton TS9 6BW 3.PROPOSED VARIATION TO LICENSABLE ACTIVITES: Extend the licensed area to the front of the pub, to create a small outside drinking area. 4. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. 5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by not later than 16th May 2019 6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
