The Plan was established on 29 September 1989.
If you were an employee of the above Employer (or any of its subsidiaries or alternative iterations) and a member of the Plan, and think you are entitled to benefit under the Scheme but have not been notified of your benefits or received communications from the Trustee, it is of vital importance that you make contact with them to establish whether or not you have an entitlement.
Claims should be sent in writing to the under-mentioned contact on or before 25 June 2019, after which the Trustee will proceed with the distribution of the Plan's assets having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice. Upon writing, you should include details of your current address and any benefits that you think you are entitled to. It would be appropriate to include a copy of any documentation that can support your claim.
Notification is not required from persons who have already taken their benefits from the Scheme, or who have already received correspondence from the Trustee.
