Notice is hereby given that we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Burlington Retail Park Burlington Road New Malden KT3 4PA for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the following address: Licensing Manager, Environmental Health, Guildhall 2 High Street Kingston upon Thames KT1 1EU or by email to licensing@kingston.gov.uk. Deadline for representations 15/05/2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
