Notice of Application for Grant Premise Licence/Club Premises Certificate
1.WE UNIQUE VENUES LIMITED
hereby give notice that an application was made to
Herefordshire Council on
the 19th day of April_ 2019 For a Grant of a licence to operate a premises at Bredenbury Court, Bredenbury HR7 4TD from which the following licensable activities are proposed
(a) the supply and sale of alcohol both on and off the premises and both indoors and outdoors.

(b) the provision of late night refreshments.

(c) the provision of regulated entertainment, between the hours of,

(a) in respect of the supply and sale of alcohol 9.00 to 0.00 Monday to Sunday plus non­standard time on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Years Eve

09.00 to 02.00
(b) in respect of late night refreshment 23.00 to 00.15 Monday to Sunday with non-standard hours Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Years Eve 23.00 to 02.00.

(c) in relation to the provision of regulated entertainment 09.00 to 0.00 with non­standard times on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Years Eve 09.00 to 02.00

2. The full application, giving details about the premise and proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at

An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above. End date of consultation - 17th May 2019 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine
