LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE is hereby given that I, William Brown & Christopher Bardsley Applied on 23/04/2019 for A Full Variation of Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: BatchBottlestore (Formerly Drinks Enthusiast) Unit 6 Kings Court Railway Street, Altrincham, WA14 2RD under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: Live Music - Indoors/Outdoors, Recorded Music - Indoors/Outdoors, Late night Refreshment (Indoors/Outdoors)(23:00-00:00) & Include Sale of Alcohol (On/Off) If varying the licence, briefly specify what changes are proposed i.e. details of changes to hours or licensable activities: during the intended hours of 12:00 - 00:00 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION TRAFFORD COUNCIL TRAFFORD TOWN HALL TALBOT ROAD STRETFORD MANCHESTER M32 0TH not later than 28 days after the application was made to the licensing authority, starting on the day after the day the application was made. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
