LICENCING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN THAT an application has been made by Purleigh Community Shop Ltd. for a premises licence to Maldon District Council for a premises known as Valley Store, Church Hill, Purleigh, Essex, CM3 6QH for the off-sales of alcohol by retail, 7 days a week. The premises will be open to the public on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 8.00am and 6pm, on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 8.00am and 8pm, Saturdays between 8.00am and 1.00pm and Sundays between 8.00am and 11.00am. Any person or responsible authority wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority at Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex CM9 5DL not later than 13th May 2019. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000.
