Notice is hereby given that Shandy Shack Ltd has made an application to the licensing authority on 16th April 2019, to licence their premises at JBS Nurseries, Buckland Road, Bampton, OX18 2AA.

Any person wishing to object to this application must give notice in writing to West Oxon District Council, stating the nature of objection by 14th May 2019. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application, punishable with a fine of any amount.
