Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the Ferry, 48 Tobin Street, Wallasey CH44 8DF for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to allow the premises to open to the public and extend the hours for the sale of alcohol from 10:00h Monday to Sunday (current permission commences at 11 .OOh Monday to Saturday and from 12,-OOh on Sunday). All other permitted hours (including the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol), activities and conditions are to remain unchanged by this application. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 13th May 2019, to the Wirral Borough Council Licensing Authority atWfollaseyTown Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH44 8ED. A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a fake statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
