LICENSING ACT 2003 NOIKE OF UTUCAnON FOR HIE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

We, Glenmore Property Holdings Limited Hereby give notice that it have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Postal address of premises: Kelly's Bar, 35 London Road, Southampton. S0152AD

The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:

The sale by retail of alcohol

(for consumption on the

premises)

The provision of

regulated entertainment,

consisting of:

(e) a performance of live music



(f) any playing of recorded music



(g) Performance of dance



(h) entertainment of a similar description to that falling within paragraph (e), (f) or (g), where the entertainment takes place in the presence of an audience and is provided for the purpose, or for purposes which include the purpose, of entertaining that audience



The provision of late night refreshment

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton S0147LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/ Ia03register

Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1767, Southampton S018 9LA so as to be received by them between the 16 April 2019 and 14 May 2019. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
