Notice is hereby given that Bhavika Ashishkumar Gajjar has applied to Southampton City Council for a Premises Licence. Proposed Licensing Activities are: Retail sale of alcohol: Monday - Sunday: 08:00 -23:00, For the following premises: Londis, 445 - 447 Millbrook Road West, Southampton, SO 15 0HX. Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, ra Box 1767, Southampton, SO 18 9PLA in writing or via email: licensing@surreyheath.gov.uk by 7th May 2019 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four licensing objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application with a maximum fine or conviction of £5000.
