POST OFFICE ROAD JUNCTION OF TERMINUS STREET AND EAST GATE AND WEST GATE AT ITS JUNCTON WITH KITSON WAY (CARNIVAL PROCESSION ROUTE) TEMPORARY STREET CLOSURE ORDER 2019

HARLOW DISTRICT COUNCIL in exercise of its powers contained in Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 (as amended) and of all enabling powers available to it and after consulting with the Chief Police Officer for the County of Essex and the County Highways Authority intends to make the above Order

The effect of the Order will cause part or parts of Howard Way, Harlow Rugby Club Car Park, Momples Road, Maddox Road, Arkwrights Junction, The Stow Road Junction, First Avenue, Monkswick Road Junction, School Lane Junctions, Park Land Junction, Maddox Road Junction with First Avenue, Velizy Avenue, Fourth Avenue, Fifth Avenue A1019, Velizy Avenue, Post Office Road, Terminus Street, East Gate and West Gate at the junction with Kitson way to be closed in part or parts and or diverted to some or all vehicular traffic including motor propelled vehicles and cycles for various times between the hours of 08:00 and 15:00 Sunday 30 June 2019, together with a rolling road block closure in and on parts of the entire Harlow Carnival route where necessary and for the length of time required in the interest of public safety.

A copy of the proposed Order, Plan and Statement for Reasons for proposing to make the Order is available for inspection on the public notice board at the Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, Harlow, Essex, CM20 1WG or at www.harlow.gov.uk/public-notices. Copies of the same may be acquired on payment of the Council's photocopying charges.

Any objections to the proposed Order should be made in writing, stating the grounds on which they are made, to be received by the undernamed no later than 17:00 Friday 24th May 2019.
