NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DRAFT SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING DOCUMENT

In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, notice is hereby given that the Council is inviting representations on its draft Addington Conservation Area Appraisal Management Plan Document (SPD) as detailed below:

Consultation Begins Consultation Ends Draft Addington CAAMP SPD 18th April 2019 30th May 2019

Draft Addington CAAMP The Council is inviting representations under Regulation 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 on its draft Addington Conservation Area Appraisal Management Plan SPD. The CAAMP will be adopted as an SPD (as defined by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended) and the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012) to give it weight as a material planning consideration when determining planning applications.

Copies of Documents Throughout the six-week consultation period, the Draft Addington CAAMP will be available on the conservation pages of the council's website: https://www.croydon.gov.uk/ planningandregeneration/framework/conservation. Hard copies of the Draft Addington CAAMP will also be available to view at Bernard Weatherill House (Access Croydon), Mint Walk, Croydon, between the hours of 8:30am-4:45pm (Monday to Friday), and at libraries across the borough (including New Addington and Central Croydon) during normal opening hours.

Consultation ResponsesYou can make representations on the Draft Addington CAAMP during the six-week period of representations. Your representation must be received by the Council by Midnight Thursday 30th May 2019 and can be made by emailing ldf@croydon.gov.uk or posting it to Spatial Planning Service, 6th Floor Zone B, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1EA.

Please note that representations are not confidential, including your name and organisation, and will be made publicly available. The address and contact details of representations for individuals will not be published on the website or any other public place.
