HELEN MARGARET CONACHER Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against, or interest in, the estate of the late Helen Margaret Black retired model, writer of Castle View Nursing Home, Bridport Road, Poundbury, Dorchester, who died on 28th March 2015, should send particulars in writing to Richard Sedgley & Co 228/230 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH1 1PE after date the personal representatives will convey or distribute the property or any part thereof to which the notice relates, to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard onlyto the claims, whether formal or not, of which the personal representatives then had notice and shall not, as respects the property so conveyed or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the personal representatives have nothad notice at the time of conveyance or distribution.
