APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE CERTIFICATE LICENSING ACT 2003

We LCC Live Event Services Ltd have applied to Somerset West and Taunton Council for a 3 year Premises Licence in respect of Vivary Park, Taunton to allow the sale of alcohol and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: - Music, Live performers and late night refreshment.

Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing not later than 27* April to the Licensing Unit, Taunton Deane Borough Council, Belvedere Road, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 1HE. The full application, including details of the proposed operating schedule may be viewed at the above offices between 9.00am -5.00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9.30am -4.30pm
