NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Delta Norton Park Op Co Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Norton Park Hotel, Bullington Road, Norton, Winchester S02I 3NB. The variation proposed is as follows:-Application is made to remove the last condition on page 2 of annex 6 and replace with the following: I. Licensable activities shall be permitted in the barn only between the hours of 11:00 and 00:00 (midnight). 2. The playing of any live or recorded music in the barn shall utilise a noise limiting device set at a volume agreed with the Licensing Authority. 3. After 20:00 the patio doors to the barn shall not be used except as an emergency exit A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Winchester City Council City Offices, Colebroofc Street, Winchester S023 9LJ www.winchester.gov.uk during nor­mal office hours. This application was lodged with Winchester City Council on 12/04/2019 and any representations must be made in writing to Winchester City Council Licensing Authority at the above address by 10/05/2019. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
