JOHN FOHEMAN CUBBY DECEASED POBSOAHT TP THE TBDSTEE ACT 1925 NOTICE is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of JOHN Foreman Curry deceased late of Hollyhurst, Overdene, Prudhoe, Northumberland NE42 6EF who died on the 19th day of February 2019 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the Executors, on or before the 12th day of June 2019 after which the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
