LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the Bury Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed application relates to:The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday: 07:00 to 23:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Monday 13th May 2019 to Licensing Section, Bury Council, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ where the register of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment Alternatively, representations may be made by email to: licensing@bury.gov.uk.
