LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that we Events By B3 Ltd. have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Funkirk Farm Fields, BD23 3AB FOR The sale and supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment at the Yorkshire Dales Food & Drink Festival between the hours of 9:00 and 23:00 on the event days in the month of July as identified in the annual Event Plan. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ 06.05.2019. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
