Notice is hereby given that on 25 February 2019 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by KandyToys Limited incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number 07380842 and having their registered office at Hill Barton Business Park, Sidmouth Road, Clyst St Mary, Exeter EX5 1BR, craving the Court, that Yo Retail Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC546065) and having its Registered Office at Unit 1, 3 Starling Way, Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill ML4 3PU be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator. By Interlocutor dated 25th April 2019 in said interlocutor the Lord Ordinary appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
