Notice of application for a New Premises Licence We Darlin Investment LTD of India Gate, 370 Chorley Road, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 3NB have applied to Bolton Council for a new Premises Licence. The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are:- Sale by retail of Alcohol and Recorded Music - Monday to Sunday 13.00 - 23.00 Opening Hours - Monday to Sunday 13.00 - 23.00 The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 12th April 2019. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 10th May 2019. All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
