Notice is hereby given that Fishburn Aviation Ltd have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as THE CLUBHOUSE, FISHBURN AIRFIELD, WEST HOUSE FARM, GARMONDSWAY, FERRYHILL, CO DURHAM. DL17 9DY for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:- The sale by retail of alcohol (on sales only) between 12:00 – 23:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive and until 00:00 Saturday for up to 12 occasions per year. Christmas Eve until 23:45 and New Year’s Eve until 00:45.A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 09 June 2015 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing, PO Box 617, Durham.
