NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises Mama's Delivery, Unit 4, Gurteen's Yard, South Street, Newbottle, Houghton-le-spring, DH44EH Notice is given that Mama's Delivery Limited has applied to the Sunderland City Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed licensable activity is: Sale of alcohol on and off the premises between the hours of 11:00-14:00 and 16:00-21:00 Monday-Wednesday, 11:00-21:00 Thursday, 11:00-22:00 Friday and Saturday and 12:00-22:00 Sundays. Alcohol will only be served with purchase of food. The licensing register of Sunderland City Council is kept at: Sunderland City Council, Licensing Section, Jack Crawford House, Commercial Road, Sunderland, SR2 8QR. A record of the application may be inspected by appointment during the hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.15 and Friday 8.30 – 4.45 at the City Centre Customer Services Centre at 31-32 Fawcett Street, Sunderland, SR3 1RE. Representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Council no later than 16/06/15. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
