Mark Richard Hudson applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 21st May 2015 for a licence to use the premises at The 3 Acres, Bingley Road, Lees moor, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 5QE for the sale by retail of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment Monday to Sunday 12.00 - 00.30. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 18th June 2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 9.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
