Notice is given that Andrew Briggs has applied to Dorset Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of Swim Cafe Bar, Marine Parade, Lyme Regis, Dorset DT7 3JH.
For the provision of alcohol on and off the premises generally between the hours of 10:00-02:00 Monday to Sunday, for the provision of late night refreshment 23:00-02:00 Monday to Sunday, for the provision of alcohol from the kiosk 10:00-20:00 Monday to Sunday and to remove all existing conditions in Annex 2 and replace with new.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
