HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1976
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 70 of the above Act, Hertsmere Borough Council proposes to vary the following fees in respect of Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing. It is intended that the variations set out below will take effect on 1 June 2019.
Private Hire/Hackney Carriage
Driver Licence 1 year........................................£105
Private Hire/Hackney Carriage
Driver Licence 3 years......................................£235
Private Hire/Hackney Carriage
Vehicle Licence 1 year......................................£245
Low emission vehicle 1 year.............................£190
Wheelchair accessible vehicle 1 year...............£190
Private Hire Operator
Licence 5 years................£320 plus £30 per vehicle
Any objections to the proposed variations should be made in writing stating the grounds on which it is made to: Chief Environmental Health Officer, Herts-mere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 1WA within 28 days from the date of this publication.
