Notice is hereby given that on 22nd March 2019, a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Npower Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Greens Leisure Limited, Company No SC209946 and having their registered office at Robb Ferguson, Chartered Accountants, 70 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 2QZ be wound up by the Court in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 26th March 2019 appointed any other persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
