PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern:

The Good Table Ltd (applicant) do hereby give notice that we have applied to trie Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a variation of the premises license at 14 Lyme St, Axminster, EX13 5AU and known as: The Giant Club The application is to: vary the license to include off-sales of alcohol and alter ttie hours for sale of alcohol to: 09.00-23:30 Monday to Saturday and 10.00-22.30 Sundays. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Rd, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton EX141EJ not later than 28 days after the date of this notice, www.eastdevon.gov.uk A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection to this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
