LICENSING ACT 2003 -APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Mr A Dean has applied for a premises licence at 10 Eccleston St Present L34 5QE (to be known as The Oven Pizzeria and Bar) to sell alcohol for consumption on/off the premises 11am-11pm daily. The application can be inspected Mon-Frl 9am to 4pm at the Licensing Authority, 2nd floor Yorkon Building Archway Rd Huyton L36 9FB. A Responsible Authority or any other person can make written representations on this application to the Licensing Authority (address above) no later than 2 May 2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
