Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Amanda Elizabeth Ackroyd late of 5 Southfield Terrace, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 2NH, who died on the 18th December, 2017, whose will was proven at the Leeds District Probate, Registry on the 6th day of February, 2018 by Christopher Charles Jackson and Justin Rupert Birch two of the Executors named in the said will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said Executors on or before 25th day of June, 2019, after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
