PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice effective from 2nd April 2019 to 30th April 2019
New application for a Premises Licence Samantha Lonergan does hereby give notice that she has applied to the Licencing Authority at Maldon District Council for a Premises Licence at Crouch Ridge Vineyard, Fambridge Road, Althorne, Essex CM3 6BZ. The application is for sale and supply of alcohol both on and off sales. Licensed hours applied for Monday to Sunday 10.00 to 18.00. A copy of the application can be inspected at Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex. CM1 1JE. Any person wishing to make representation to this application may do so by writing to the Licencing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex. CM9 5DL no later than 30th April 2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
