To Whom It May Concern: We Rhos Pubs limited do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence At Rhos Fynach, Rhos Promenade, Rhos on Sea known as The Rhos Fynach The application is to: - 1. Remove quarterly residents meetings 2. Remove "no noise or vibrations emanate from the premises" 3. Extend bar times from 10am until 2am Monday to Sunday to provide alcohol sales, hot beverage sales, food sales 4. extend music within the premises until 1am including live music and provision of recorded music and provision of associated music Monday to Sunday 10am to 1am 5. Terminal hour of entry to be amended to midnight Monday to Sunday 10am to midnight 6. Dancing inside premises to be in-line with music; 1am for dance, performance of dance Monday to Sunday 10am to 1am 7. No changes to the map Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, CONWY, LL30 9GN not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000. Dated 10th April 2019
