Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim or an interest in the estate of Doreen June Holmes, late of 13 Manor Way, Sutton-in-Craven, North Yorkshire, BD20 7PN, who died on the 15th day of April, 2018, and whose will was proven at the Leeds District Probate, Registry on the 8th day of October, 2018, by Julie Ann Drake the executrix named in the said Will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the solicitor for the said Executrix on or before the 1st day of July, 2019, after which date the Executrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which she shall then have had notice.
