THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF WINDSOR & MAIDENHEAD

(A330 STATION HILL (PART), ASCOT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2019

The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead has made an Order, the effect of which will be to:-Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of the A330 Station Hill, Ascot from its junction with Lyndhurst Road northward to the entrance to Ascot Rail Station. The alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order is via A330 Brockenhurst Road, A330 Station Hill, A329 High Street, A329 London Road, A329 Blacknest Road, A30 London Road, A330 Devenish Road and A330 Brockenhurst Road. The purpose of the Order is to facilitate works in the said road by SSE, namely the installation of new high voltage main and as a result there will be the likelihood of danger to the public. The Order shall be in operation from 00:01 hours on Tuesday 16th April until 23:59 hours on Tuesday the 23rd April 2019. This may be cited as the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead (A330 Station Hill (part). Ascot) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving) Order 2019. Vehicles will be prohibited when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to indicate the said restrictions.
