NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that: Brand Events TM Ltd in respect of the premises known as Verulamium Park, St Albans, AL3 4SL have applied on the 5th April 2019 to St Albans City and District Council for a premises licence, for the purpose of an annual 3 day event called Tom Karridga Presents Pub in the Park. The proposed application is for the Provision of Films, Provision of Live Music, Provision of Recorded Music, Anything similar to the above regulated entertainment and the sale and supply of Alcohol during these hours Friday 17:00 - 22:00 Saturday 11:00 - 22:00 Sunday 11.00 - 22.00. However, it should be noted that there will be two sessions on Saturday and Sunday running at these times (11.30 -16.30 and 17.30 - 22.00). Live music is scheduled for the last 2.5hrs of each session. Any representation by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts AL1 3JE no later than 28 days from the date of this notice given above, stating the grounds for objection. The register of St Albans City and District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the Council, given above, Mondays-Thursdays 8.45am-5.00pm and Fridays 8.45am-4.30pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
