ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Church Lane, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate remedial re-instatement works to be undertaken, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Church Lane, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Church Lane, Twickenham between its junctions with Riverside and Flood Lane.
3. The order will come into effect on 15 April 2019. The restrictions will be in force between 8am and 6pm on 15 April 2019 only and whilst signs/ cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Access to Riverside will be available via Water Lane.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary One-Way Working Court Way, Twiclenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Court Way, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Court Way between its junctions with Whitton Road and Craneford Way other than in a direction form north-east to south -west
3. The order will come into effect on 8 April 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 8 April 2019 until 18 April 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the restriction will be available via Court Way, Craneford Way, Egerton Road and Heathfield South and via Court Way, Egerton Road, Heathfield South and Whitton Road.
5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to: (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; (b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or (c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. the Prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removes under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Parking Suspension and Waiting Restriction Crown Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce parking suspensions and waiting restrictions in Crown Road.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in in lengths of Crown Road: -
(a) the western side, between a point outside No 6 Crown Road and point outside No 16 Crown Road;
(b) the western side, between a point outside 36 Crown Road and point outside No. 46 Crown Road;
(c) the eastern side, between a point outside No 59 and a point outside No. 71 Crown Road;
(d) the eastern side, between a point outside No. 81 Crown Road and a point outside No. 87 Crown Road.
3. The Order will come into effect on 8 April 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 8 April 2019 until 17 May 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or (c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

Temporary Parking Suspension Godstone Road, Kenley Road, St Margarets Grove, South Western Road, Sydney Road and Winchester Road Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce parking suspensions in roads in the St Margarets Grove area.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in in lengths of Godstone Road, Kenley Road, St Margarets Grove, South Western Road, Sydney Road and Winchester Road, Twickenham. The restrictions will apply on a rolling basis and at such times and to such an extent as indicated by signs and cones.
3. The Order will come into effect on 11 April 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 11 April 2019 until 30 August 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to: (a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; (b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or (c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restriction Waldegrave Road, Teddington (Ref: 19/057) 1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Waldegrave Road, Teddington.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Waldegrave Road on both sides, between a point outside No 79 Waldegrave Road and a point outside No. 97 Waldegrave Road. 3. The order will come into effect on 15 April 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 15 April 2019 until 19 April 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works 4. Temporary Waiting Restriction Ham Common and Upper Ham Road, Ham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Ham Common and Upper Ham Road.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of street: -
(a) Upper Ham Road, on its eastern side, from a point outside the southwestern boundary of Ivy Cottage, north-eastwards for a distance of 35 metres;
(b) Ham Common on its north-eastern side, from a point 30 metres north-west of its junction with Upper Ham Road, north-westwards for a distance of 50 metres.
3. The order will come into effect on 8 April 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 8 April 2019 until 12 April 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

Temporary Closure of Public Right of Way PRW 26 Thorne Passage, Barnes

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate the installation of a dry riser, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary closure of a section of PRW 26, - Thorne Passage, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall enter PRW 26, Thorne Passage from a point outside the rear of No 17 Charles Street to a point outside the rear of No 27F Charles Street.
3. The order will come into effect on 8 April 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 8 April 2019 until 19 April 2019 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for anyone affected by the closure will be available via White Hart Labe and Charles Street.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Footpath Closure Public Right of Way No 236 Linking Kneller Road and Whitton Dene

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate various improvement works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a footpath closure of PRW 236 which links Kneller Road with Whitton Dene.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may proceed in that length of PRW 236 which links Kneller Road and Whitton Dene. The works will be carried out in 2 phases.
3. Whilst the closure is in effect, a signed alternative route for pedestrians will be available via adjacent streets.
4. The order will come into effect on 15 April 2019. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 15 April 2019 until 14 October 2019, or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner. The provisions of the order will be in force at all times where relevant signs are placed. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
