THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017

Notice is hereby given that BCP Council, formerly Bournemouth Borough Council, has granted planning permission for the construction of a grade-separated junction and associated works on the A338 Wessex Way, application number 7-2018-9177-DL.

Location of Development: Land at Wessex Fields, Bournemouth, and land east and west of the A338 north of Cooper Dean roundabout between Deansleigh Road and Holdenhurst Village

Planning Board of the 28th January 2019 determined to grant the application subject to conditions. Following this determination, the Secretary of State has decided not to call in this application, being content that it should be determined by the local planning authority.
